HomeMy WebLinkAbout81-119 , .. ~ < (' THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE (I BY-LAW 81-119 Being a by-law to appoint a Deputy Clerk THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: 1. That Gertrude Gray is hereby appointed Deputy Clerk of the Town of Newcastle during the pleasure of Council. 2. That Gertrude Gray shall be paid for her services such sum annually, in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in Schedule "A" attached hereto. . SCHEDULE "A" TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT OF GERTRUDE GRAY The following shall be the terms and conditions of the employment of Mrs. Gertrude Gray as Deputy Clerk of the Town of Newcastle, namely: 1. Effective September 9th, 1981, Gertrude Gray shall commence her employment with the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as Deputy Clerk. 2. The duties and responsibilities of the Deputy Clerk are those established by By-Law No. 81-118, as may be amended from time to time. 3. Gertrude Gray shall be remunerated in accordance with the Town's policy in respect of the compensation for non-affiliated staff and more specifically, shall be paid at salary Grade 10, job rate. 4. Gertrude Gray shall be entitled to all other employee benefits enjoyed by all other non-affiliated staff as may be determined from time to time.
