By-law Number 81-106
being a By-law to amend Restricted Area By-law
Number 2111, as amended, of the former Township
of Darlington, now in the Town of Newcastle.
.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
DEEMS it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law 2111, as amended,
of the former Township of Darlington.
.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
ENACTS as follows:
1.
Section 13 of By-law 2111, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding thereto subsection (gg) as follows:
.
"(gg) Part of Lot 15, Concession 1
Notwithstanding any provisions of this By-law to
the contrary, that portion of Lot 15, designated
"SPECIAL PROVISION BY-LAW 81-10'" on the attached
.
Schedule "A" hereto shall be used only in accordance
with the following provisions.
(1) Permitted Uses
a) a police station, and buildings and structures
accessory thereto.

(2) Zone Provisions
a) Lot Area (minimum) 0.8 hectares
b) Lot Frontage (minimum) 50.0 metres
c) Front Yard (minimum) 50.0 metres
d) Interior Side Yard 15.0 metres
(minimum)
e) Exterior Side Yard 25.0 metres
(minimum)
f) Rear Yard (minimum) 25.0 metres
g) Building Height 10.0 metres
(maximum)
h) Parking Spaces (minima)

j) Landscaped Area (minimum) 10%

further amended by changing to SPECIAL PROVISION BY-LAW
81- the zone designation of the lands indicated as "ZONE
CHANGE TO SPECIAL PROVISION BY-LAW 81-

Schedule "X" hereto.

This By-law shall become effective on the date hereof, sub-
ject to the provisions of Section 35 (10) of the Planning
Act.
