THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY -LAW NUMBER 83- 96
being a By-law to amend Restricted Area By-law No. 2111, of the
former Township of Darlington, as amended by By-laws 80-127, 80-137
and 81-170 of the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law 2111, as amended by
By-laws 80-127, 80-137, 81-170;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows.
1. Section 13 of By-law 2111, as amended by By-law 80-127 is hereby
further amended by deleting from Section l3(w)(3)(d) and word "an"
preceeding the words "attached garage" and by replacing this word
with the word "no".
2. Section 13 of By-law 2111, as amended by By-law 80-137 is hereby
further amended by deleting from Section 13(x)(1)(ii)(e) the word
"an" preceeding the words "attached garage" and by replacing this
word' with the word "noli.
3. Section 13 of By-law 2111, as amended by By-law 1f1-170 is hereby
further amended by deleting from Section 13(ii)(3)(d) the word "an"
preceeding the words "attached garage" and by replacing this word
with the word "no".
4. This By-law shall come into effect on the date hereof subject to
the provisions of Section 39(11) of the Planning Act.
