THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 83- 58
being a By-law to amend By-law Number 2111, as amended, of the former
Township of Darlington, now in the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 2111, as amended,
of the former Township of Darlington, pursuant to the provisions of
Section 16.6.5 of the Durham Regional Official Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. Section 13 of By-law 2111, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding thereto the following subsection (ss):
II (ss) Part of Lot 21, Concessi on 2
In addition to the provisions of Section 11(a) relating to
uses permitted in an Agricultural "A" Zone, that portion of
Lot 21, Concession 2, designated "SPECIAL PROVISION BY-LAW
83-5'f II on the attached Schedule "A" hereto may be used for
a farm produce sales outlet on a year-round basis. II
2. Schedule "A" to By-law 2111, as amended, is hereby further
amended by changi ng to "SPECIAL PROVISION BY-LAW 83- 58 II the zone
designation of the lands designated "SPECIAL PROVISION BY-LAW 83-58 II
on the attached Schedule "X" hereto.
3. Schedule "X" attached hereto shall form part of this By-law.
4. This By-law shall come into effect on the date hereof, subject
to the provisions of Section 39(11) of the Planning Act.
