THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 83~19
being a By-law to amend By-law Number 2111, as amended, of the former
Township of Darlington, now in the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 2111, as amended,
of the former Township of Darlington.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:

1. Map 9 of Schedule "A" to By-law 2111, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing to "SPECIAL PROVISION BY-LAW 8~-19--" the
zone designation of lands indicated as "Z0NE CHANGE TO SPECIAL
PROVISION BY-LAW 83-12-"11 on the attached Schedule "X" hereto, and by
changing to "Greenbelt (G) Zone" the zone designation of the lands
indicated as "Zone Change to IIGreenbelt (G) Zone" on the attached
Schedul e "X" hereto.
2. Section 13 of By-law 2111, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding thereto subsection (qq) as follows:

"(qq)part of Lot 14, Concession 8
Notwithstanding any provisions of this By-law to the contrary,
that porti on of Lot 14, desi gnated "SPECIAL PROVISION BY-LAW
83- 19 II on the attached Schedule 'WI hereto shall be used only
in accordance with the following provisions:
(1 ) Permi tted Uses
(a) one si ngl e family dwelling and buil di ngs and
structures accessory thereto.
(2) Zone Provisions
(a) Lot Area (minimum) 5000 square metres
(b) Lot Frontage (minimum) 30.0 metres
(c) Front Yard (minimum) 10.0 metres
(d) Exterior Side Yard (minimum) 10.0 metres
(e) Side Yard (minimum) 2.0 metres
(f) Rear Yard (minimum) 38.0 metres
(9 ) Gross Floor Area (minimum) 110 square metres
(h) Building Height (maximum) 1 0 . 0 met res
(i) Landscaped Area (minimum) 30 Per Cent
(j) Setback from Street Centreline 20.0 metres

3. This By-law shall come into effect on the date hereof, subject
to the provisions of Section 39(11) of the Planning Act.
