THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 83- 157
being a by-law to amend By-law 79-144 entitled
Ita by-law for licensing, regulating and governing
vehicles from which refreshments are sold.1t
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town bf Newcastle, deems
it adviseable to amend By-law 79-144;
NOW THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Schedule ItA" to By-law 79-144 is hereby amended by deleting the
said Schedule "A" therefrom and substituting the revised Schedule "AIt
therefore.
2. That this by-law shall come into force and take effect on the day
of the enactment.
By-law read a first time this 28th day of November 1983.
By-law read a second time this 28th day of November 1983.
By-law read a third time and finally passed thiS28th day of November 1983.

3) A change of location will require prior approval and compliance with items 1 and 2
as set out above.
4) Each application must also be accompanied with d letter of approval from the Fire
Chief and the Durham Regional Health Unit.
