HomeMy WebLinkAbout83-143 ...-:-----,--'-----r.--- THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY-LAW NUMBER 83- 143 being a By-law to amend Restricted Area By-law 1592, as amended, of the former Township of Clarke, now in the Town of Newcastle. WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it advisable to amend Restricted Area (Zoning) By-law 1592, as amended, of the former Township of Clarke. NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle enacts as follows: 1. Schedule "A" Map 2 to By-law 1592, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing to RR-7 the zone designation of the lands indicated as "Z0NE CHANGE TO RR-7" on the attached Schedule II X" hereto. 2. Section 5.3. of By-law 1592, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding the following subsection (g): It(g) RR-7 _ Part of Lot 34, Concession 1 In addition to the uses referred to in Section 5.1 hereof, that Part of Lot 34, Concession 1, which is designated "RR_71t on Schedule "A" hereto may be used in accordance with the following provisions: 1 . Block 1 (i) Permitted Uses one (1) single family detached dwelling and buildings and structures accessory thereto. (ii) Zone Provisions (a) Lot Frontage (minimum) (b) Lot Area (minimum) (c) Front Yard (minimum) (d) Interior Side Yard (minimum) (e) Exterior Side Yard (minimum) (f) Rear Yard (minimum) (g) Lot Coverage (maximum) (h) Setback (minimum) (i) Floor Area (minimum) (j) Building Height (maximum) 2. Block 2 90.0 metres 1.0 hectares 7.5 metres 7.5 metres 7.5 metres 10.5 metres 30% of the lot area 17.5 metres 111.5 square metres 9.0 metres (i) Permitted Uses one (1) single family detached dwelling and buildings and structures accessory thereto. Schedules IIXII and IIX_III attached hereto shall form part of this By-law. 4. This By-law shall come into effect on the date hereof subject to the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act.
