THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 83-14
being a By-law to amend By-law Number 79-151, a By-law to designate
certain lands within the corporate limits of the Town of Newcastle as
a Site Plan Control Area pursuant to the provisions of Section 40 of
the Planning Act, as amended, R.S.O. 1980.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of Newcastle deems it
advisable to amend By-law 79-151 of The Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle;

NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. Section 4 of By-law 79-151, of The Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle is hereby amended by deleting the word "shall" in the third
