THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 83-~
being a By-law to amend Restricted Area Zoning By-law Number
1587, as amended, of the former Town of Bowmanville, now in the
Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it advisable to amend Restricted area Zoning By-law Number
1587, as amended of the former Town of Bowmanville.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. Map 4 to Restricted Area Zoning By-law 1587, as amended, is
hereby further amended by changing to "R" the zone designation of the
lands designated "ZONE CHANGE TO R" on the attached Schedule "X"
hereto.
2. That By-law 83-126 be repealed.
3. This By-law shall come into effect on the date hereof,
subject to the proviSions of Section 39(11) of the Planning Act.
BY-LAW read a first time this 11th day of October
1 983 .
BY-LAW read a second time this 11th day of October
1983.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 11th
October 1983.

CERTIFICATE UNDER SECTION 39(28) OF
THE PLANNING ACT, R.S.O. 1980 (C.379)
I, David W. Oakes, hereby certify that the notice for By-law
Number 83-139, of The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, passed
by Council of The Corporation on the 11th day of October 1983,
was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by
regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under
Subsection 25 of Section 39 of The Planning Act.
I also certify, that the 21 day objection period expired on
November 22nd 1983, and to this date no notice of objection or
request for a change in the provisions of the By-law has been
filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
By-law Number 83-139 is hereby approved.
