THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-lAW 83- 129
being a by-law to declare certain lands to
be part of a public highway (Davis Court)
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
HEREBY ENACTS AS FOllOWS:
1. That Part of Block 12 on Registered Plan of Subdivision M-746
which Plan was entered in the Register for Parcel Plan - 1 Section
M-746 registered on November 5th 1980, under Registration Number
100964 in the Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10) and more
particularly described as Part 3 on Reference Plan 10R-1645, is
hereby dedicated as a Public Road Allowance and form part of
Davis Court.
By-l aw read a first and second time this 26th day of September 1983
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 26th day of September 1983
