THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 83- 125
being a By-law to amend Restricted Area By-law 1587, as amended,
of the former Town of Bowmanville, now in the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law 1587, as
amended, of the former Town of Bowmanville;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. Special Condition 17, amending Schedule "B" to By-law 1587,
as amended, is hereby further amended as follows:
(1) By deleting from Section 1.3(IV) the words "9.75
metres" and replacing these words with "5.0 metres".
(II) By deleting from Section 1.3(X) the words "112 square
metres" and replacing these words with "155.0 square
metres".
2. This by-law shall come into effect on the date hereof subject
to the provisions of Section 39(11) of the Planning Act.
BY-LAW read a first time this 26th day of September 1983.
BY-LAW read a second time this 26th day of September 1983.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 26th day of
September
1983.

CERTIFICATE UNDER SECTION 39(28) OF THE
PLANNING ACT, R.S.O. 1980 (C.379)
I, David W. Oakes hereby certify that the notice for By-law
Number 83-125 of The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, passed
by Council of the Corporation on the 26th day of September 1983,
was given in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by
regulations made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council under
Subsection 25 of Section 39 of The Planning Act.
I also certify that the 21 day objection period expired on
October 31st 1983, and to this date no notice of objection or
request for a change in the provisions of the by-law has been
filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
By-law Number 83-125 is hereby approved.
