THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY -LAW 83-100
being a by-law to amend By-law 82-17 being a by-law
~ppotnting a Director of Planning
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. Paragraph 1 of By-law 82-17 is deleted and replaced
by the fo 11 owing:
"l. That Terrance Thomas Edwards is hereby
appointed 'Director of Planning' of the
Town of Newcastle during the pleasure~of
Council.1I
2. Paragraph 5 of Schedule "A" of By-law 82-17
is deleted.
BY-LAW read a first time this 27th day of June 1983
BY-LAW read a second time this 27th day of June 1983
BY-LAW read a third time and FINALLY PASSED this 27th day of June 1983.
