THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 84- 95
being a By-law to amend By-law 2111, as amended, of the former
Township of Darlington, now in the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law 2111, as amended, of the
former Township of Darlington.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. Map 26 of Schedule IIAII to By-law 2111, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing to IISPECIAL PROVISION BY-LAW 84-~1I the
zone designation of lands indicated as IIZ0NE CHANGE TO SPECIAL
PROVISION BY -LAW 84- 95" on the attached Schedule "X" hereto.
2. Section 13 of By-law 2111, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding thereto subsection (ggg) as follows:
"(ggg) Part of Lot 22, Broken Front Concession
Notwithstanding any provisions of this By-law to the contrary,
that portion of Lot 22, designated "SPECIAL PROVISION BY-LAW
84- 9,1)" on the attached Schedule "X" hereto, shall be used only
in accordance with the following provisions:
(1 ) Permitted Uses
a) a pigeon racing clubhouse facility, and buildings and
structures accessory thereto.
( 2) Zone Provisions
(a) Lot Area (minimum) .45 hectares
(b) Lot Frontage (minimum) 50.0 metres
(c) Front Yard (minimum) 15.0 metres
(d) Exterior Side Yard (minimum) 15.0 metres
(e) Interior Side Yard (minimum) 20.0 metres
(f~ Rear Yard (minimum) 130.0 metres
(g Building Height (maximum) 10.0 metres
3. This By-law shall come into effect on the final passage
hereof.

CERTIFICATE UNDER SECTION 39(28) OF THE
PLANNING ACT, R.S.O. 1980, C. 379
I, David W. Oakes, hereby certify that the notice for
By-law 84-95 of The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle,
passed by Council of the Corporation on the 23rd day of
July 1984, was given in the manner and form and to the
persons prescribed by regulations made by the Lieutenant
Governor-in-Council under Subsection 25 of Section 39
of The Planning Act.
I also certify that the 21 day objection period expired
on August 31st 1984, and to this date no notice of
objection or request for a change in the provisions
of the By-law has been filed by any person in the
office of the Clerk.
By-law Number 84-95 is hereby approved.
