THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 84- 6
being a By-law to amend By-law Number 2111, as amended, of the former
Township of Darlington, now in the Town of Newcastle.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. THAT Map 9 of Schedule "A" to By-law 2111, as amended, is
hereby further amended by changing to IR3" the zone designation of
the lands indicated as "Z0NE CHANGE TO R3" on the attached Schedule
II X" hereto.
2. THAT this By-law shall come into effect on the date hereof,
subject to the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act.
3. THAT By-law No. 78-85 enacted on the 11th day of September,
1978, is hereby repealed.
