for the Heather Rebekah Lodge #334.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOlLOWS:
That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle and seal
with the Corporation Seal, a deed in favour of:
IVAN BALL, CLARENCE MARTIN and GORDON WATSON, all of the Town
of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, Trustees
of the Orono Oddfel10ws Hall, and HATTIE WILSON, ALICE HOOEY,
and VELMA WATSON, all of the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham, Trustees for the Heather Rebekah Lodge
#334
A copy of the deed is attached hereto as Schedule "A".

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD unto the said Grantee, his heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns or its succeSHors and assigns, as the case may be, to and for their sole and only use
forever.
SUBJECT NEVERTHI<:LESS to the reservations, limitations, provisoes and conditions
expressed in the original grant thereof from the Crown.

The said Grantor COVENANTS with the said Grantee that he has the right to convey the
said lands to the said Grantee notwithstanding any act of the said Grantor.
AND that the said Grantee shall have quiet possession of the said lands free from aJl
encumbrances.
AND the said Grantor COVENANTS with the said Grantee that he will execute such further
assurances of the said lands as may be requisite.
