THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 84-22
being a by-law to dedicate certain lands as a Public
Highway in the Town of Newcastle.
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED, as a By-law of the Corporation
of the Town of Newcastle, by the Council thereof, as follows:
THE FOLLOWING LAND IS HEREBY ESTABLISHED AS A PUBLIC HIGHWAY, to be, and
to form part of the Public Highway known as High Street in the former
Town of Bowmanville, now within the limits of the Town of Newcastle.
THE SAID LAND hereby established as a Public Highway is described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or
tract of land and premises, situate, lying
and being in the Town of Newcastle in the
Regional Municipality of Durhan, formerly
Part Lot 11, Concession 2, Town of Bowmanville
(now in the Town of Newcastle), being more
particularly described as Parts 1, 4, 8 and 9
Registered Reference Plan No. 10R-1633,
deposited in the Land Registry Office for the
Registry Division of Newcastle (NO. 10) on
June 8th 1983.
By-law read a first time this 13th day of February 1984
By-law read a second time and finally passed this 13th day of
February 1984.
