THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER A4- 157
being a By-law to amend By-law 84-63. Comprehensive Zoning By-law
of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it advisable to amend By-law 84-63 of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-law 84-63 is hereby amended as
foll ows:
1. Section 6.4 is hereby amended by adding thereto the following
new Subsection 6.4.22 as follows:
"6.4.22 AGRICULTURAL EXCEPTION (A-22) ZONE
Notwithstanding Section 6.4.1. those lands zoned A-22 on the
Schedules to this By-law may only be used for a cemetery".
2. Schedule 1 of By-law 84-63 is hereby amended as follows:
a. by add; ng an "A-22" zone des i gnat i on to Pa rt 0 f Lot 6,
Concession 5. geographic Township of Darlington as shown
on the attached Schedule "X-l" hereto.
3. Schedule 3 of By-law 84-63 is hereby amended as follows:
a. by deleting the "M2" zone designation on Part of Lot 8,
Concession 1, as shown on the attached Schedule "X-2"
hereto and replacing same with the zone designation
II A-22" .
4. This By-law shall come into effect on the date of passing
hereof. subject to the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act,
1 983 .
