THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 84-154
being a By-law to amend By-law 84-63, Comprehensive Zoning By-law
of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it advisable to amend By-law 84-63 of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-law 84-63 is hereby amended as
follows:
1. Schedul e 7 is hereby amended as follows:
a. by deleting the "(H)RW zone designation on Part of Lot 17
and 18, Concession 5, as shown on the attached Schedule
IX_3" hereto and replacing same with the zone designation
"A_l", as shown on said Schedule IX_3".
2. Schedule 10 is hereby amended as follows:
a. by deleting the "(H)RH" zone designation on Part of Lots
8,9 and 10, Concession 7, as shown on the attached
Schedule IX_4" hereto and replacing same with the zone
designations "A_l" and "RH".
3. Schedule 18 is hereby amended as follows:
a. by deleting the "(H)RW zone designation on Lot 19,
Concession 2, as shown on the attached Schedule IX_5"
hereto and replacing same with the zone designation II A" .
4. This By-law shall come into effect on the date of passing
hereof, subject to the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act,
1 983.
BY-LAW read a first time this 10th day of December 1984
BY-LAW read a second time this 10th day of December 1984
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 10th
December 1984.
