THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 84-153
being a By-law to amend By-law 84-63, Comprehensive Zoning By-law
of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it advisable to amend By-law 84-63 of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastl e.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-law 84-63 is hereby amended as
foll ows:
1. Schedule 1 is hereby amended as follows:
a. by deleting the II(H)M11I zone designation of Part of Lots
1,2,3 & 4, Broken Front Concession, geographic Township of
Oarl i ngton as shown on the attached Schedule "tl hereto
and replacing same with the zone designation IIAII;
2. Schedule 5 is hereby amended as follows:
a. by deleting the II(H)MllI zone designation on Part of Lots
31 and 32, Concession 1 and Broken Front Concession as
shown on the attached Schedule IIX_2" hereto and replacing
same wi th the zone des i gnat i on II All ;
3. Schedule 2 is hereby amended as follows:
a. by deleting the IIC4" zone designation as shown on the
attached Schedul e IX_7" and repl aci ng same with "C6-411 and
"A_11I.
b. by deleting the IIA_11I zone symbol on the lands shown on
the attached Schedule IIX_611 hereto and replacing same with
the zone des i gnat i on IIC_41I.
4. This By-law shall come into effect on the date of passing
hereof, subject to the provisions of Section 34 of the Planning Act,
1 983.
