THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 84-123
being a by-law to authorize the execution
of an amending agreement to Supplementary
Agreement No. 8 with Ontario Hydro to
increase the amount for printing the
Durham Prospectus by $11,000.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of
the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, and seal with the Corporation
Seal, an amending agreement to Supplementary AgreementlilNo~ 8 between Ontario
Hydro and the said Corporation, to increase the amount for printing
the Durham Prospectus by $11,000.
By-law read a first and second time this 9th day of Octmberc\ 1984.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 9th day of October 1984.
