THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 84-118
being a by-law to authorize the execution of
a Certificate of Release with respect to a
Subdivision Agreement between John William
Watson and the former Township of
Darlington. now in the Town of Newcastle
and the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS: .
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, and seal
with the Corporation's seal, a Certificate of Release of
Subdivision Agreement, between Mr. John William Watson
(and the former Township of Darlington, now the Town of
Newcastle), and the said Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle.
2. That the Subdivision Agreement referred to in Section 1
hereof is described as Registered Plan of Subdivision M-105,
and the Agreement was registered as Instrument Number N-16686.
By-law read a first and second time this 24th day of September 1984
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 24th day of September 1984.
