CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 91-96
Being a by-law to amend By-Law 91-58 being a
by-law to Regulate Traffic on Highways, Municipal
and Private Property in the Town of Newcastle
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it desirable to amend By-Law 91-58;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:
1) Schedule II "No Parking" to By-law 91-58 is amended by;
(A) deleting the following reference:
Column 1
Column 2
Column 3
Column 4
Highway
Side
Between
Prohibited
Times or Days
Queen Street
(Bowmanville)
North
Scugog Street and
Durham Regional
Road 14
Anytime
AND
(B) substituting the following reference:
Column 1
Column 2
Column 3
Column 4
Highway
Side
Between
Prohibited
Times or Days
Queen Street
(Bowmanville)
North
Temperance Street Anytime
and Durham Regional
Road 14
2) This By-law shall come into force when signs to the effect are
erected.
