being a by-law to amend By-law Number 87-156,
as amended, to provide for licensing and
regulating the keeping of dogs
BY-LAW 91-82
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it advisable to further amend By-law Number 87-156;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law Number 87-156 is hereby amended by deleting
Section 20 in its entirety and replacing it with a new
Section 20 as follows:
"20. Any person who contravenes the provisions of this
by-law is guilty of an offence."; and
2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect
immediately on the final passing of it.
By-law read a first and second time this 10th day of June 1991
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of
June 1991
