THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 91-77
being a by-law to amend By-law Number 79-144,
as amended, licensing, regulating and governing
vehicles from which refreshments are sold
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it advisable to further amend By-law Number 79-144;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law Number 79-144 is hereby amended by deleting Section 9
in its entirety and replacing it with a new Section 9 as
follows:
"9. Any person who contravenes the provisions of this
by-law is guilty of an offence."; and
2. This by-law shall come into full force and effect
~ediately on the final passing of it.
By-law read a first and second time this 10th day of June 1991
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 10th day of
June 1991
