THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 91-53
being a by-law to establish a Board of Management
for the Bowmanville Business Centre
WHEREAS Section 217(1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O., 1980,
provides that the Council of a local municipality may pass by-
laws designating a Board of Management for an area designated as
an improvement area;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
NEWCASTLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following individuals are appointed to the Board of
Management for the Bowmanville Business Centre for a term
expiring November 30, 1991:
George Webster, Chairman
Ron Hooper,
Al Strike,
Cathy Collacott
Ruth Nunn
Mary Sommerscales
By-law read a first and second time this 15th day of April 1991
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 15th day of
April 1991
