THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 91-46
being a by-law to establish a Board of Management
for the Village of Newcastle Central Business
Improvement Area
WHEREAS Section 217(1) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O., 1980,
provides that the Council of a local municipality may pass
by-laws designating a Board of Management for an area designated
as an improvement area;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
NEWCASTLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following individuals are appointed to the Board of
Management for the Village of Newcastle Central Business
Area for a term expiring November 30, 1991:
Rob Griffin, Chairman
Joe McLaughlin, Treasurer
Ron Hope
Betty Lycett, Secretary
Dr. Marlene Spruyt
Pauline Mote
Maureen Mumsford
Wilda Middleton
Ann Smith
Councillor Frank Stapleton
By-law read a first and second time this 11th day of March 1991
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 11th day of
March 1991
MAYOR
