THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 91-37
Being a By-Law to assume certain streets within the Town
of Newcastle as public highways in the Town of Newcastle.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follow:
1. THAT the streets, street widening blocks and reserve blocks
described in Registered Plan 10M-785 (described in Schedule "A"
attached hereto and forming part of this By-Law) all being in the
Town of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, are
hereby accepted by the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as
public highways, and assumed by the said Corporation for public
use.
2. THAT the Clerk be authorized to apply to the Land Registry
Office to have the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle shown
as the owner of the streets on Plan 10M-785.
BY-LAW read a first time this 25th day of February 1991.
BY-LAW read a second time this 25th day of February 1991.
BY-LAW read a third and finally passed this 25th day of February 1991.
