CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 91- 32
Being a by-law to amend By-Law 75-23 being a
by-law to designate certain highways with the
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle as "Through
Highways"
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it desirable to amend By-Law 75-23;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle enacts
as follows:
1)
Schedule 'A' to By-law 75-23 (former Township of Darlington) is
amended by adding the following item:

Column 1
Highway
Column 2
Between
27
Davis Court, Hillside
Drive and Hillside
Court in combination
The north
limit of
Davis Court
and the north
limit of
Hillside Court
2)
THIS By-law shall come into force upon rece~v~ng the approval of
the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the effect
are erected.
BY-LAW read a first time this 25thday of February
BY-LAW read a second time this 25th day of February
1991.
