BY-LAW 91- 28
Being a by-law to amend By-law 75-21 being a
by-law to provide for the erection of Stop Signs
(formerly Township of Clarke)
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it desirable to amend By-law 75-21:
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle enacts
as follows:
1) Schedule I to By-law 75-21 is amended by:
ITEM 4/:
COLUMN 1
HIGHWAY
COLUMN 2
FACING TRAFFIC
a) Deleting the following reference:
2
Concession Road 10
(road between
Concession 9 and 10)
and the Highway between
Lots 32 and 33
Westbound on Concession
Road 10
Northbound on Highway
between Lots 32 and 33
b) Substituting with the following reference:
ITEM #
COLUMN 1
HIGHWAY
COLUMN 2
FACING TRAFFIC

Concession Road 10
and Mosport Road
(road allowance
between Lots 32 and 33
Westbound on Concession
Road 10
Eastbound on Concession
road 10
2) THIS by-law shall come into force upon receiving the approval
of the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the
effect are erected.

BY-LAW read a second time this 25th day of February
