BY-LAW 91-14
being a By-law to appoint Poundkeepers
in the Town of Newcastle
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS
FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following persons are hereby appointed as
Poundkeepers in the Town of Newcastle for a term expiring
November 30, 1991.'

Bowmanville, LIC 3K6
Fred Griffin, R.R. #2, Blackstock, LOB 1BO
Wilson Carson, Newtonville, LOA 1JO
Arnot Wotten, R.R. #1, Hampton, LOB 1JO
By-law read a first and second time this 28th day of
January, 1991.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 28th day
of January, 1991.
