THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY-LAW 91-113 Being a by-law to stop-up and close and to authorize the conveyance of the described as Strohl Road, in Part Lot 31, Concession 4, former Township of Darlington, now in the Town of Newcastle, more particularly described as Parts 2 through 7 on Plan 10R-2957. WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it desirable to stop up and close the road known as Strohl Road and authorizes the conveyance of said road described as Parts 2 through 7 on Plan 10R-2957 to the owners of the lands abutting Parts 2 through 7, Plan 10M-808, in accordance with the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1980, c.302 s.316. WHEREAS notice of the intention of Council to pass this by-law was sent to the Regional Municipality of Durham on the 5th day of July 199()., and the Regional Municipality of Durham granted approval of the proposed by-law by letter dated the 30th day of July 1990 NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE AS FOLLOWS: 1. Part of that portion of Strohl Road comprising all and singular that certain parcel and tract of land and premises, lying and being in the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham, Province of Ontario, and being composed of the road described as Part Strohl Road, being Part of Lot 31, Concession 4, Town of Newcastle, former Township of Darlington, now shown as Parts 2 through 7 on Plan 10R-2957 deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (No.10) on July 8, 1988, is hereby stopped up and closed. 2. All those portions of the closed road referred to in Section 1, are hereby authorized to be conveyed to the owners of the lands abutting Parts 2 through 7 on Plan 10R-2957. Conveyances of Parts 2 through 7,- Plan 10R-2957 are hereby authorized to be made as follows: Part 2 to the owner of Lot 33, Plan 10M-808 Part 3 to the owner of Lot 32, Plan 10M-808 Part 4 to the owner of Lot 31, Plan 10M-808 Part 5 to the owner of Lot 30, Plan 10M-808 Part 6 to the owner of Block 53, Plan 10M-808 Part 7 to the owner of Block 29, Plan 10M-808 By-law read a first time this 15th day of By-law read a second time this 15th day of July July 1991. 1991.
