THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY -LAW 90- 76
Being a By-law to amend By-law 75-23 being a by-law
to designate certain highways within the Corporation
of the Town of Newcastle as "Through Highways"
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it desirable to amend By-law 75-23.
NOW THEREFORE The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:
1) Schedule "B" to By-law 75-23 is amended under Item #2
by deleting the following reference:
ITEM
COLUMN 1
HIGHWAY
COLUMN 2
BETWEEN
2
Mill Street and King Street
(in Combination)
The north limit of Durham
Regional Road 4 and the
west limit of the Old
Scugog Road.
2) This by-law shall come into force upon rece~v~ng the approval of
the Regional Municipality of Durham and when signs to the effect
are erected.
By-Law read a first time this 30th day of
April
1990.
By-Law read a second time this 30th day of
April
1990.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 30th day of April 1990
