BY-LAW 90-70
being a by-law to amend By-law 88-187,
as amended, a by-law to establish the
Members of Council as Chairmen of
Departments and to establish the Order
of Proceedings at the General Purpose
and Administration Committee Meetings
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT By-law 88-187 be amended by deleting Section led) therefrom
and replacing it with the following:
1. (d)
Fire Department - Mayor Hubbard
This by-law shall take effect immediately on the passing thereof.
By-law read a first and second time this 9th day of April 1990
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 9th day of
April 1990
