ON: TRIBUTE
THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 90-L
being a By-law to designate a certain portion of a registered plan
as not being subject to Part Lot Control.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it desireable to exempt from Part Lot Control, Lots 1 to 24,
46 to 49, 68 to 81, 86 to 99, 104 to 113 all inclusive on Plan 10M
820 registered at the Land Registry Office for the Land Registry
Division of Newcastle (NO. 10) on January 9, 1989 and Lots 22 to
41 all inclusive on Plan 10M 821 registered at the Land Registry
Office for the Land Registry Division of Newcastle (No.10) on
January 9, 1989.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED T~T the Cbuncil of the Corporation
of the Town of Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. THAT Subsection (5) of Section 49 of the Planning Act shall
not apply to those lands described in Paragraph 2 within this By-
law.

2. This By-law shall come into effect upon being approved by the
~egional Municipality and thereafter Subsection (5) of Section 49
shall cease to apply to the following lands:
1) Lots 1 to 24, 46 to 49, 68 to 81, 86 to 99, 104 to 113 all
inclusive on Plan 10M 820.
2) Lots 22 to 41, inclusive on Plan 10M 821.
BY-LAW read a first time this 15th day of January
1990.
BY-LAW read a second time this 15th day of January
1990.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 15th day of
January
1990.
