THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER ~
being a By-law to amend the Skateboarding By-law
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it necessary to amend By-
law 89-107 regulating the use of skateboards within the limits of the Town of Newcastle; and
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of.the Town of Newcastle, pursuant to the Municipal Act,
R.S.O. 1980, Chapter 302, Section 208, Subsection 42, has authority to enact such by-law;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. By-law 89-107 is hereby amended by adding two new schedules as follows and attached hereto.
Schedule "B" Orono
Schedule "C"
Newcastle Village
2. AIl provisions in By-law 89-107 shall apply to Paragraph 1 of this By-law.
3. This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of enactment.
