THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 90-198
being a by-law to authorize the acceptance of the
transfer of certain lands from William Hooey to the
Town of Newcastle
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby accepts
a transfer of land to the Corporation by William
Hooey of Parts 1 and 3, Plan 10R-3785, being in Part of Lot
28, Concession 5, former Village of Orono, now in the Town
of Newcastle.
By-law read a first and second time this 26th day of
November 1990
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 26th day of
November 1990
