HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-170 THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY-LAW 90- 170 being a By-law to authorize the release of an Agreement with United Counties Holdings, Veltri and Son Limited, Lesron Enterprises Limited and Susan Ann Swartz and the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle for the development of Plan of Subdivision 18T-75362 (10M-753, 10M-765 and 10M-770). The Council of the corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby enacts as follows: 1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, and seal wi th the Corporation's seal, the release of an Agreement between United Counties Holdings, Veltri and Son Limited, Lesron Enterprises Limited, and Susan Ann Swartz and the said Corporation.
