THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY.LAW NO. 90'. 119
Being a by-law to acquire certain lands for
a public highway
WHEREAS:
..
A The Council of the Town of Newcastle deems it expedient to acquire certain lands
for the construction of a public laneway and turn around circle;
B The owners of such lands have consented in writing to the passing of a by-law for
establishing such public laneway and turn around circle;
NOW mEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle enacts as
follows:
1. the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle accept a conveyance from Arthur Henry
Trewin and June Mildred Trewin of Part of Lot 15, Concession 8 (former Township
of Darlington) Town of Newcastle, Regional Municipality of Durham designated as
Parts 1, 2 and 3 on Plan lOR-3597 for the purpose of establishing a public laneway
and turn around circle.
By-Law read a first time this 25th day of June 1990.
By-Law read a second time this 25th day of June 1990.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of June 1990.
