TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 90- 114
A by-Jaw to amend By-Jaw 78-50; being a by-law to regulate the holding
of certain public entertainments, festivals and parades within the Town
of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of the Town of Newcastle deems it advisable to amend By-law 78-50; and
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. By-Jaw 78-50 is hereby amended by:
a) re-numbering Section 7 as Section 8; and
b) inserting a new Section 7 as follows:
"The invalidity of any Section, portion of a section, paragraph, or portion of a paragraph
of this By-Jaw shall not aft"ect the validity of any other provision of this By-Jaw".
2. This amending By-Jaw shall come into full force and effect immediately upon the final passing
thereof.
