being a by-law to repeal By-law 88-70, being
a by-law to amend By-law 84-63, as amended,
of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle

THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS fOLLOWS:
1. THAT By-law 88-70 of the Town of Newcastle be and is
hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 13th day of June 1988
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 13th day of June 1988
