THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 88-76
being a by-law to dedicate certain lands as
public highways in the Town of Newcastle
(Kingsway Gates Foxhunt Trails Empire Crescents
Part Lot 35s Concession 2s Darlington)
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF
THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY THE COUNCIL THEREOF AS FOLLOWS:
The following lands are hereby established as Public Highways known as
Kingsway Gate, Foxhunt Trail and Empire Crescent, in the former Township
of Darlington, now in the Town of Newcastle.
The said lands hereby established as Public Highways are described as follows:

1. ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts
of land and premises situate, lying and being in
the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality
of Durham, within the former Township of Darlington,
now within the limits of the Town of Newcastle,
Regional Municipality of Durham, more particularly
described as Blocks 82 and 83 on Registered Plan of
Subdivision 10M-781, registered in the Land Registry
Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (NO. 10)
on June 20, 1986.
2. ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land
and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of
Newcastle, inu.the Regional Municipality of Durham,
within the former Township of Darlington, now within
the limits of the Town of Newcastle, Regional
Municipality of Durham, more particularly described
as Blocks 85 and 88 on Registered Plan of Subdivision
10M-781, registered in the Land Registry Office for
the Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10), on
June 20, 1986.
3. ALL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land
and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of
Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham,
within the former Township of Darlington, now within
the limits of the Town of Newcastle, Regional
Municipality of Durham, more particularly described
as Block 87, on Registered Plan of Subdivision 10M-781,
registered in the Land Registry Office for the Registry
Division of Newcastle (No. 10), on June 20, 1988.
By-law read a first and second time this 30th day of May 1988
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 30th day of May 1988
