being a by-law to dedicate certain lands
as public highways in the Town of Newcastle
(McFeeters Crescent, Downham Drive, Souch Court)
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION
OF THE TOWN OF NE..:ASJLE BY THE COUNCIL THEREOF AS FOLLOWS:
The following lands are hereby established as Public Highways and are
known as McFeeters Crescent, Downham Drive and Souch Crescent, in the
former Town of Bowmanville, now in the Town of Newcastle.
The said lands hereby established as Public Highways are described as follows:
1. ALL AND SINGULAR THAT certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of
Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham,
within the former Town of Bowmanville. now within
the limits of the Town of Newcastle, Regional
Municipality of Durham. more particularly described
as Block 93 on Registered Plan of Subdivision
10M-785, registered in the Land Registry Office
for the Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10),
on August 26, 1986.
2. AUL AND SINGULAR THAT certain parcel or tract of
land and premises situate, lying and being in the
Town of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of
Durham, within the former Town of Bowmanville, now
within the limits of the Town of Newcastle, Regional
Municipality of Durham, more particularly described
as Block 95. on Registered Plan of Subdivision
10M-785, registered in the Land Registry Office for
the Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10), on
August 26, 1986.
3. ALL AND SINGULAR THAT certain parcel or tract of land
and premises situate. lying and being in the Town of
NewcaSt~~ in the Regional Municipality of Durham,
within the former Town of Bowmanville, now within the
limits of the Town of Newcastle, Regional Municipality
of Durham, more particularly described as Block 97,
on Registered Plan of Subdivision 10M-78S, registered
in the Land ReQ!stry Office for the Registry Division
of Newcastle (No. 10), on August 26. 1986.
By-law read a first and second time this 30th day of May 1988
