THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 88 - 26
being a by-law to authorize the conveyance of
Part 1, Plan IOR-2829 (Part of Lot 18, Concession
5, and Part of Undesignated Park Lot, Ormiston
Road, Hampton).
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, and seal
with the Corporation Seal, a deed in favour of Gregory George Steeves,
in respect of the conveyance of Part I, Plan lOR-2829, described
munic~pally as Part of Undesignated Park Lot (Hampton) and Part
of Lot 18, Concession 5, former Township of Darlington, now in the
Town of Newcastle.
