BY-LAW 88- 168
being a by-law to dedicate certain lands as
a public highway in the Town of Newcastle
(Davis court, LOt 25, Concession 6,
Darlington)
BE IT ENACl'ED AND IT IS HEREBY ENAC'l'ED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF
THE TOWN NEWCASTLE BY THE COUNCIL THEREOF AS FOLLOWS:
The following land is hereby established as a public Highway known as
Davis Qourt in the former TOwnship of Darlington, now in the Town of
Newcastle.
The said land hereby established as a public Highway is described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR THAT certain parcel or tract
of land and premises, situate, lying and being
in the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham, located in LOt 25,
Concession 6, of the former TOwnship of
Darlington, now within the limits of the TOwn
of Newcastle, Regional Municipality of Durham,
more particularly described as Part 4 on
Registered Reference plan IOR-164S,
deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Land Titles
~K~ Division of Newcastle (No.lO), on
June 27,1983., being Part of Block 12 Section M-746.
By-law read a first and second time this 7th day of November 1988
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 7th day of November 1988
