BY-LAW 88- 167
being a by-law to dedicate certain lands as
a public highway in the TOwn of Newcastle
(paynes Crescent, LOt 7, Concession 1,
Former Township of Clarke)
BE IT ENAcrED AND IT IS HEREBY ENAcrED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF
THE TOWN NEWCASTLE BY THE COUNCIL THEREOF AS FOLLOWS:
The following land is hereby established as a Public Highway known as
paynes Crescent in the former TOwnship of Clarke, now in the TOwn of
Newcastle.
The said land hereby established as a Public Highway is described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR THAT certain parcel or tract
of land and premises, situate, lying and being
in the TOwn of Newcastle, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham, located in Lot 7,
Concession 1, of the former Township of
Clarke, now within the limits of the TOwn
of Newcastle, Regional Municipality of Durham,
more particularly described as parts 6, 7, 8, 9,
and 10 on Registered Reference plan 10R-3029,
deposited in the Land Registry Office for the
Registry Division of Newcastle (No.lO), on
september 1, 1988.
By-law read a first and second time this 7th day of November 1988
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 7th day of November 1988
