THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 88- 142
being a By-law of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle to rescind the
position of Deputy Director of Planning.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it
necessary to rescind the position of Deputy Director of Planning as a
result of Department re-organization.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Corporation of the
TOwn of Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. The position of Deputy Director of Planning in the planning and
Development Department is hereby rescinded.
2. By-law 86-87 appointing the Deputy Planning Director is hereby
repealed.
