THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NUMBER 88- 133
being a By-law of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle to rescind
By-law 88-115.
WHEREAS the Council of the corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it
necessary to rescind By-law 88-115, being an Interim COntrol By-law for
the Area generally bounded by Darlington Generating station, Darlington
provincial park, Highway No. 401, and Lake Ontario;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the COuncil of the Corporation of the
Town of Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. By-law 88-115 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first time this 12th day of September 1988
BY-LAW read a second time this 12th day of September 1988
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 12th day of
September
1988.
