THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 88-131
being a by-law to repeal various redundant by-laws
which established various positions within the
Corporation.
1 . THAT By-law 81-104 of the Town of Newcastle be and is hereby repealed.
2. THAT By-law 81-140 of the Town of Newcastle be and is hereby repealed.
3. THAT By-law 82-22 of the Town of Newcastle be and is hereby repealed.
4. THAT By-law 82-23 of the Town of Newcastle be and is hereby repealed.
5. THAT/By-law 87-194 of the Town of Newcastle be and is hereby repealed.
6. THAT By-law 87-195 of the Town of Newcastle be and is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first and second time this 12th day of September 1988.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 12th day of September
1988.
