THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-lAW 88- 13
being a by-law to dedicate certain lands as
a public highway in the Townof Newcastle
(Pt. lot 19, Cone. 5, Darlington (unnamed))
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-lAW OF THE CORPORATION
OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY THE COUNCIL THEREOF AS FOLLOWS:
The following land is hereby established as a Public Highway: That Part
of Lot 19, Concession 5, in the former Township of Darlington, now in the
Town of Newcastle.,
The said lands hereby established as a Public Highway are described as
follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR THOSE certain parcels or tracts
of land and premises, situate, lying and being in
the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality
of Durham, formerly Part of Lot 19, Concession 5,
former Township of Darlington, now within the
limits of the Town of Newcastle, Regional Municipality
of Durham, more particularly described as Part 1 of
Registered Reference Plan 10R-2527, and Part 1 of
Registered Reference Plan 10R-2533. The aforementioned
Registered Reference Plans having been deposited in the
Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of
Newcastle (No. 10) on April 13th 1987 and April 16th
1987, respectively.
By-law read a first and second time this 25th day of January 1988
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 25th day of January 1988
