THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 88- 123
being a by-law to dedicate certain lands as
a public highway in the Town of Newcastle
(Kingswood Drive, Part of Lot 35, Concession 2,
Darlington)
BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF
THE TOWN NEWCASTLE BY THE COUNCIL THEREOF AS FOLLOWS:
The following land is hereby established as a Public Highway known as
Kingswood Drive in the former Township of Darlington, now in the TOwn of
Newcastle.
The said land hereby established as a Public Highway is described as follows:
ALL AND SINGULAR THAT certain parcel or tract
of land and premises, situate, lying and being
in the TOwn of Newcastle, in the Regional
Municipality of Durham, located in Part of
Lot 35, Concession 2, of the former TOwnship of
Darlington, now within the limits of the TOwn
of Newcastle, Regional Municipality of Durham,
more particularly described as Part lIon
Registered Reference plan lOR-2374, deposited
in the Land Registry Office for the Registry
Division of Newcastle (No.10), on November 7,1986;
AND Part 5 and 14 on Registered Reference plan
lOR-2773, deposited in Land Registry Office for
the Registry Division of Newcastle (No.lO),
on December 1, 1987;
AND parts 15, 16, 17, 18 and 35 on Registered
Reference plan lOR-2622 deposited in the Land
Registry Office for the Registry Division of
Newcastle (No.10), on June 26, 1987;
AND part 26 on Registered Reference Plan lOR-2432
deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry
Division of Newcastle (No.lO), on January 12, 1987.
By-law read a first and second time this 12th day of September 1988.
By-law read a third time and finally passed this 12th day of September 1988
